A.   Πάμε να θυμηθούμε τον Present Continuous…. Απλά συμπληρώνετε τα ρήματα.

Mary and John are at home because it’s the weekend. They aren’t working (not-work). They are sitting (sit) at the table in their kitchen right now. They are eating (eat) breakfast. John is drinking (drink) some coffee and Mary is having (have) orange juice. They are smiling (smile) at each other and they are talking (talk). Mary is cutting (cut) some cake and John is putting (put) some sugar in his coffee. They are listening (listen) to some music on the radio. They aren’t watching (not-watch) T.V. They aren’t wearing (not-wear) their pyjamas, they are wearing (wear) tracksuits. They are thinking (think) about going for a run later in the morning. They are enjoying (enjoy) their breakfast together.

B.   Για να κάνουμε τώρα τις προτάσεις ερωτηματικές και αρνητικές όπως στο παράδειγμα.

I am playing outside – I am not playing outside – Am I playing outside?

1.    He is writing an email. – He isn’t writing an email. – Is he writing an email?

2.    They are playing basketball. – They aren’t playing basketball. – Are they playing basketball?

3.    Maria is reading her notes. – Maria isn’t reading her notes. – Is Maria reading her notes?

4.    Jack is listening to music. – Jack isn’t listening to music. – Is Jack listening to music?

5.    Peter and Lucy are watching a movie. – Peter and Lucy aren’t watching a movie. – Are Peter and Lucy watching a movie?
